Linkee Solution, LLC (the "Company") operates myDoo Desktop and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- ·Email address — for account identification and sign-in
- ·Name — displayed within the service
- ·OAuth identifiers — when signing in with Google, Kakao, or Naver (no passwords stored)
- ·Telegram account — optional, collected only if you connect notifications
Service Usage Data
- ·Workspace data — documents, projects, canvas, drawings, to-do cards
- ·AI memory (Silky memory) — AI conversation history and memory data (you can delete it directly)
- ·Chat/conversation logs — Silky and team chat messages
- ·Usage information — feature usage counts, plan details
Automatically Collected Data
- ·Device and connection info — IP address, OS version (for security and error diagnosis)

4. Retention and Deletion
- ·Account deletion: all personal data deleted within 30 days
- ·AI memory (Silky memory): you may delete it directly within the app
- ·Service usage logs: retained for up to 1 year, then deleted
- ·Legal retention: held for the period required by applicable laws (e.g., e-commerce regulations)
5. Your Rights
- ·Access and update: review and edit your account info in the app settings
- ·Deletion: all data is destroyed upon account-deletion request
- ·AI memory deletion: delete directly from the Silky memory menu in DooDesk
- ·Data portability: contact privacy@mydoo.ai for a data export
6. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete it immediately.
